About the job: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate who can take charge of building strong client relationships, driving lead conversions, and expanding Jaashn's customer base across cities. You will be the face of Jaashn for many clients, helping them realize their dream wedding while supporting our business growth. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and engage with prospective clients (online & offline). 2. Handle inbound enquiries through website, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals. 3. Conduct detailed requirement discussions with leads and suggest customized wedding planning solutions. 4. Convert leads to bookings by building trust and showcasing Jaashn's expertise. 5. Coordinate with the operations and planning team to ensure smooth handover post-sale. 6. Maintain a CRM of all leads, follow-ups, and interactions. 7. Represent Jaashn professionally during client meetings and calls.
