About Us

IT Training Institute Startup

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and convert potential students and corporate clients for IT training programs.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, corporate HR teams, and individual learners.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and webinars to promote training programs.
Collaborate with trainers and management team to understand course offerings and market needs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, queries, and follow-ups.
Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and closures.
Gather feedback and market intelligence to refine offerings.

Requirements

Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of proven sales/business development experience (preferably in education, IT, or training sector).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking ability with colleges, corporates, and individuals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings within Lucknow/UP.
