The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a friendly teaching approach, and the ability to guide students from beginner to job-ready level.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live/offline training sessions for students and college batches.
• Prepare and deliver course content using practical, project-based teaching.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in developing training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Support marketing and demo sessions by conducting sample classes.
• Stay updated with current IT trends, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Operations teams for scheduling and student engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 15 years of teaching or software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least

  two

  of the following areas:

• Full Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, MySQL)

• Python & Machine Learning (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)

• Data Science / AI Fundamentals

• Java Programming / OOPs Concepts

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior teaching experience in a reputed institute or edtech platform.
• Knowledge of project-based learning or internship mentoring.
• Certification in Python, AI, or Web Development (Google, Microsoft, Coursera, etc.)
