Role Overview We are seeking passionate and driven International Counselors to join our growing team. As a part of the International Counselling department, you will be responsible for guiding global learners—mainly working professionals—through their academic journey, from program selection to enrollment and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Conversion Engage with international prospects via inbound and outbound communication (calls). Convert leads into enrollments by effectively explaining Aimlay’s educational services. Education & Career Counseling Understand individual academic goals and professional backgrounds to recommend suitable universities, courses, and career paths. Conduct virtual consultations, walkthroughs, and webinars to support candidates through the admissions lifecycle. Sales Achievement Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Maintain a healthy conversion rate through personalized counseling and strategic follow-ups. Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture long-term relationships with international students and professionals. Act as a trusted advisor throughout their educational journey. Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or counseling background is a plus). Experience Minimum 2 year in international student counseling or outbound sales in the Ed-Tech or education sector. Skills & Competencies Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Familiarity with international education systems, visa procedures, and admission requirements.
