Role Description This is a full-time role for a BDA - Inside Sales with a competitive CTC of up to 45K plus uncapped monthly incentives. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, India. Qualifications Inside Sales skills: 1-2 years of inside sales experience (industry-specific experience a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
