As a Business Development Officer at Indio Networks Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through a combination of inside sales and field sales activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, qualifying, and developing new B2B sales opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as calls, emails, and networking. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Conducting both virtual and in-person meetings to understand customer requirements and showcase product solutions effectively. - Presenting and promoting the company's networking and connectivity products to potential clients. - Preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents tailored to meet client needs. - Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction. - Managing and updating sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records to track progress and performance. - Attending product training sessions and industry events to stay informed about the latest trends. - Working towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., or MBA is preferred. - 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT, networking, or telecom industries. - Strong understanding of networking and technical products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
