Key Responsibilities

Analyze backend data to generate insights for strategic and sales decision-making
Coordinate internal reporting, dashboards, and business reviews
Maintain and optimize CIS tools
Support inside sales with lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and follow-ups
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead conversion and ensure reporting accuracy
