Inventory Executive

Job Description

Manage inventory levels across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, etc.) and warehouses (owned, marketplaces or 3PL). Forecast demand and plan stock replenishments based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality. Monitor and reconcile stock levels across WMS, ERP, and marketplace dashboards to ensure data consistency. Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to manage inbound stock and product lifecycle. Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including SKUs, barcoding, and real-time tracking. Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, pilferage, damages, and shrinkage. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory health, ageing, stock rotation, and sell-through rates. Plan and execute stock transfers between warehouses or fulfillment centers to optimize availability. Support new product launches with inventory readiness and allocation planning. Work with marketplace teams to ensure listing stock accuracy and avoid order cancellations due to stockouts. Preferred Skills: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce inventory or warehouse management.
