Business Development Associate

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Associate to help expand our reach in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential school clients in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate our software and services effectively.
• Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
