Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate for an exciting full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating potential leads, conducting market research to uncover opportunities, and delivering impactful presentations to prospective clients. This role involves collaborating closely with educational institutions and partners, building strong relationships, and supporting the team in achieving business growth objectives. Dedication to developing strategic partnerships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction will be critical to success in this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills with the ability to create and deliver professional presentations
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of B2B Sales in Saas, Fintech preferred
