Business Development Associate

Position: Part-Time Marketing Executive

Location: Coimbatore / Madurai / Dindigul
Work Hours: 4 hours per day (flexible)
Reports To: Centre Director / Admin Head

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Enfance’s services within the local community, schools, pediatric clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and parent groups to create referral networks.
• Plan and execute small-scale awareness programs, parent workshops, and therapy camps.
• Coordinate social media and offline marketing efforts (with guidance from Enfance’s admin/creative team).
• Assist in developing flyers, posters, and local event materials (English and Tamil).
• Collect feedback and leads from inquiries, visits, and events for follow-up by the admin/clinical team.
• Track marketing performance — number of inquiries, parent visits, school tie-ups, etc.
• Represent Enfance professionally in all outreach and community interactions.

Qualifications

• Any graduate (Marketing / Communication / Psychology / Social Work background preferred).
• Prior experience in marketing, counselling, or educational outreach is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to speak confidently with parents, school staff, and doctors.
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally (fuel allowance provided).
