Audiologist and Speech Therapist

Position: Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Coimbatore / Dindigul
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders in children.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s developmental profile.
• Work with children having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Speech Delay, and Articulation or Fluency Disorders.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions as per centre protocol.
• Maintain accurate session records, therapy goals, and progress notes.
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, behavioural therapists, special educators, and the clinical director.
• Provide parent counselling and training, helping families continue progress at home.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and internal training programs.
• Engage in community awareness and screening programs organized by Enfance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized university.
• Valid registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India).
• Minimum 1–3 years of pediatric experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical interest are welcome).
• Knowledge of assessment tools like Receptive-Expressive Emergent Language Scale (REEL), ADOS-2, PLS-5, etc., is an advantage.
• Strong communication, empathy, and documentation skills.
