As a driven EdTech Business Development Associate (BDA) at our company, your role will involve engaging with potential clients and educational institutions to understand their needs and effectively present our EdTech solutions. Your passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and readiness to make an immediate impact in the education technology sector are essential for this position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with potential clients and educational institutions to understand their needs and present our EdTech solutions effectively. - Generating new leads and building a strong pipeline of prospective customers. - Conducting presentations and demonstrations of our EdTech products/services. - Negotiating and closing sales deals, working towards achieving and exceeding ambitious targets. - Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback from the market and contribute to product improvements. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will benefit from: - Cell phone reimbursement - Flexible schedule Please note that the work location for this role is in person. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
