Job Description

Define roles, skills, and job descriptions.
Post jobs on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring decisions.
Orient new hires (paperwork, training, culture integration).
Address grievances (harassment, discrimination).
Conduct surveys
Organize team-building activities/rewards.
Align employee KPIs with company objectives
Manage cycles, feedback, and promotions
Design Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers
Identify training needs
Create growth plans for high-potential employees
Ensure accurate/timely salary processing
Compare salaries with industry standards
Maintain records for inspections
Counseling (EAPs), stress management workshops
HR has to take responsibility and in connecting relationship between All Colleges from all over India for the Purpose of Conducting Placement and training (both Technical and Non technical Skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
