Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Noida. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for executing strategic plans to identify and capture new business opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with the sales team. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and contributing to business development strategies.

• Proven experience in market research and competitive analysis
• Strong skills in lead generation and client relationship management
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and onsite at our Noida office
• Knowledge of the EdTech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
