Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Team Lead located in Noida. The Business Development TL will be responsible for overseeing lead generation, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to inform business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills for market analysis and business strategy development
  • Strong Communication skills for client management and team collaboration
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
