Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with incoming leads, guide them through our program offerings, and ensure successful enrollment. The ideal candidate is a people-person who is persuasive, proactive, and goal-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Call and follow up with prospective learners who have shown interest in our programs through various channels. Counseling: Understand the needs and goals of leads and offer tailored advice on suitable courses and career paths. Admissions Closure: Convert qualified leads into enrollments by effectively presenting the value of Edicode Yaya’s programs. Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain a healthy rapport with potential learners to drive long-term success and referrals. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and enrollment status in the CRM system. Enrollment Health: Ensure consistent enrollment numbers by meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students. Key Requirements: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in making phone calls and handling objections. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Prior experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Passion for education and helping learners grow.
