AI Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Design Creation
• Use AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI) to generate visuals, layouts, and creative concepts.
• Human + AI Collaboration
• Combine manual creativity with AI outputs to create innovative designs faster.
• Content Automation
• Automate repetitive design tasks (resizing, ad variations, social media creatives, etc.) with AI.
• Data-Driven Creative
• Analyze user/market data and feed it into AI systems to generate designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Ethics & Brand Consistency
• Ensure AI-generated content follows brand identity and ethical design guidelines.

Skills Needed

• Strong foundation in graphic design / visual design.
• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe AI features, Figma AI).
• Understanding of prompt engineering (writing effective prompts for AI image/video generation).
• Knowledge of automation workflows (Zapier, APIs, AI integrations).
• Critical thinking to edit, refine, and humanize AI outputs.
• Awareness of AI ethics, copyright, and data privacy in design.
