Prithu is a climate-tech company that develops high-integrity carbon credit projects in Agroforestry, Regenerative Agriculture, and Biochar. We work with farmers across India to train them in sustainable practices and improve their income while combating climate change.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce

  farmer training videos

  using AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, SORA, Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, D-ID, Synthesia, etc.).
• Develop

  storyboards, visual scripts, and animations

  tailored to farmer education.
• Localize content into

  regional languages

  using AI voice-over and subtitling tools.
• Work with subject matter experts (agriculture, regenerative practices, carbon projects) to

  simplify complex concepts

  into short, engaging videos.
• Ensure videos are

  mobile-friendly

  and optimized for low-data usage (important for rural audiences).
• Experiment with AI-based

  avatars, illustrations, and motion graphics

  for dynamic storytelling.
• Maintain visual consistency with the organization’s

  brand guidelines

  .
• Collaborate with training, product, and field teams to align content with farmer needs.

Required Skills & Exp:

• Strong portfolio in

  visual design, animation, or motion graphics

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AI design/video tools

  (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, D-ID, Synthesia, Pika Labs).
• Experience in

  video editing software

• Ability to

  communicate complex ideas visually and simply

  for low-literacy audiences.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of

  storytelling and instructional design
