We are seeking a mission-aligned Associate: Regen Agri Carbon Project Development to support the end-to-end design, documentation, and validation of carbon credit projects across multiple methodologies. Role Overview: We are seeking a creative AI Visual Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality farmer training videos using AI-powered tools. This role blends visual design, instructional storytelling, and AI-driven video generation to create engaging, easy-to-understand training content for farmers. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, experience with AI creative tools, and the ability to translate technical agricultural practices into visually simple, farmer-friendly training modules in multiple languages (Marathi, Hindi, English, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Design and produce farmer training videos using AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, SORA, Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, D-ID, Synthesia, etc.). Develop storyboards, visual scripts, and animations tailored to farmer education. Localize content into regional languages using AI voice-over and subtitling tools. Work with subject matter experts (agriculture, regenerative practices, carbon projects) to simplify complex concepts into short, engaging videos. Ensure videos are mobile-friendly and optimized for low-data usage (important for rural audiences). Experiment with AI-based avatars, illustrations, and motion graphics for dynamic storytelling. Maintain visual consistency with the organization’s brand guidelines . Collaborate with training, product, and field teams to align content with farmer needs. Required Skills & Exp: Strong portfolio in visual design, animation, or motion graphics .
