The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into successful sales. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inlife science or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of market trends and business dynamics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Nice to Have: Experience in edutech /healthcare/ pharma company.
