Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience: 1–3 Years / Freshers (with relevant educational background) Industry: EdTech / Healthcare Location: Kudlugate, Bangalore Languages Known(any one ): Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, English, Marathi (Multilingual candidates preferred) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in the EdTech or Healthcare industry or be a fresher from a Life Sciences, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or BE background with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the EdTech or Healthcare sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, and events. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria:Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the EdTech or Healthcare industry. Freshers from Life Sciences / BCA / MCA / B.Tech / BE backgrounds are welcome to apply. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, English, Hindi, and Marathi . Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging based on the audience. Desired Skills: Proven sales and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset. High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
