About Champions Academy: Champions Academy is a leading institute specialising in JEE and NEET preparation. We provide exceptional coaching and supportto help students achieve their academic goals. We are seeking dedicated Telecallers/Business Development Associates to enhance our outreach. Role Overview: As aBusiness Development Associate at Champions Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment by engaging with potential and current students. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, customer interaction, and collaboration with internalteams to ensure an optimal customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: - Generate new leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels. - Make 150 connected calls daily to prospective students. - Convert prospects into enrolled students by aligning their needs with our off erings. Customer Engagement: - Address queries aboutJEE and NEET coaching and admissions. - Highlightthe benefits and features of our programs to meet clients' educational needs. Collaboration: - Work with sales, marketing, and academic teams to streamline enrollment and enhance service. - Share customer insights to improve strategies and service delivery. Information Management: - Maintain and update clientrecords and contactinformation. - Ensure data accuracy for eff ective follow-up and reporting. Performance Tracking: - Document and analyse sales attempts and outcomes. - Participate in team meetings to review performance and align on goals.Customer Service: - Address concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. -Build strong relationships through empathetic and professional interactions. Skills Required: - Phone etiquette and professionalism. - Clear, engaging, prompt query handling. - Teamwork with other departments and associates. - Keen on understanding and adapting to the education industry. - Active listening and note-taking skills for current and future prospective clients.
