Business Development Associate

As an Inside Sales Representative at Bridging Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone and via email. You will conduct outbound calls to create new leads and follow up on existing ones. To excel in this role, you must understand the needs, budget, and timeline of prospects and effectively convey the value of our product/service offerings to potential businesses. Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects and customers is essential, along with negotiating and finalizing sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone and via email - Conduct outbound calls to create new leads and follow up on existing ones - Understand prospects" needs, budget, and timeline - Communicate the value proposition of our product/service offerings effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers - Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance - Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Qualifications Required: - Fluency in English - Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce (preferred) - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) Bridging Technologies, headquartered in California, USA, specializes in healthcare software product development.
