Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a crucial role in driving growth by generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and converting prospects into satisfied learners. This is a performance-driven role with strong career progression into sales leadership or other strategic roles. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and other outreach strategies. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate courses or learning solutions. Schedule and conduct counseling sessions (virtual or in-person) to explain product offerings. Follow up with leads and close sales through consultative selling techniques. Maintain CRM systems and report on sales metrics regularly. Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversion. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and improve offerings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, Education, or Business). 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome with strong communication skills). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages a plus). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
