Business Development Associate

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Dings Foods (Sauce, Noodles & Papad)

Location: Jaunpur, Sultanpur, and Varanasi

Company Overview:
Bisen Agency proudly presents Dings Foods, a newly launched FMCG brand offering a range of flavorful sauces, noodles, and papads. Our mission is to deliver authentic taste, quality, and value to customers while expanding our reach across Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and create brand awareness for Dings Foods in the assigned territories.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Achieve sales targets and distribution goals for all three product categories.
• Conduct market visits to gather feedback, analyze competitors, and explore new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, sampling drives, and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams for timely deliveries and efficient inventory management.
• Submit reports on sales performance, distributor onboarding, and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or distribution preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Jaunpur, Sultanpur, and Varanasi.
