Business Development Associate

• Business Development Executive – IT Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate New Business: Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer leads to drive company growth.
• Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Create Proposals: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations showcasing IT services effectively.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships through excellent service.
• Solution Selling: Collaborate with the team to deliver the right solutions and ensure successful deal closures.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in IT services).
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities; adept at engaging decision-makers.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Education: Graduation from any stream (IT background preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge: Good understanding of IT services and market trends.
