Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for IT products.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address their challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and product presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the team to generate leads, leveraging and running sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector products.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
• This will be an addon: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 06 months -1 years of experience in sales.
• Should have Fintech understanding.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
