Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships, close deals, and scale partnerships across EV workshops, fleets, enterprises, and institutional clients.

This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue, distribution, and market expansion.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth

  • Generate and close B2B & enterprise sales for EV DOCTOR™
  • Drive bulk orders, pilots, and long-term contracts
  • Convert inbound leads and proactively source outbound opportunities

Partnerships & Distribution

  • Build relationships with:
  • EV workshops & service networks
  • Fleet operators
  • OEMs & battery companies
  • Financiers, insurers, and aggregators
  • Identify channel partners and onboarding opportunities

Market Expansion

  • Research new verticals, geographies, and use-cases
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new products & variants
  • Represent Battery Ok at industry events, demos, and meetings

Customer Engagement

  • Conduct product demos (online/offline)
  • Understand customer pain points and map solutions
  • Act as a bridge between customers, product, and leadership

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfort with B2B sales and field conversations
  • Self-driven, execution-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and move fast

Good to Have

  • Experience in EV, energy, mobility, SaaS, or hardware startups
  • Prior work with workshops, fleets, OEMs, or enterprise clients
  • Understanding of technical products (or willingness to learn fast)
