As an Immediate Joiner working with EaseToLearn, you will play a vital role in engaging with potential students and parents to promote our exam preparation courses. Your responsibilities will include: - Calling & Follow-Up: - Communicate with potential students and parents regarding EaseToLearn's offerings. - Sales Cycle Management: - Generate interest in our courses. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features. - Close sales effectively. - Post-Sales Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Continuous Communication: - Stay connected with leads and customers pre and post-sales. - Record Maintenance: - Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of telesales experience. Experience in the EdTech (K12) sector is a plus. - Sales Acumen: Ability to engage effectively in the sales process. - Goal Orientation: Drive to meet and exceed sales targets. - Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and excellent customer service mindset. - Communication & Influencing Skills: - Proficiency in Hindi and English. - Capability to effectively communicate with students and parents. - Self-Motivation & Energy: High levels of energy and self-drive in a dynamic sales environment. - Integrity: Uphold strong ethical standards and honesty in all professional interactions.
