Business Development Associate

Afee Farms is a fast-growing dairy delivery startup committed to providing 100% fresh milk in sterilized bottles with no compromise in hygiene. We are building a system-led, discipline-first delivery model that ensures trust, quality, and daily consistency.

We are expanding our operations across Madurai, and looking for dynamic Business Development Associates (BDAs) who can own local market growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Door-to-door (D2D) customer acquisition for milk subscription services
• Explain our hygiene-first model and daily bottle delivery system to households
• Achieve daily/weekly subscription targets across assigned zones
• Track leads, maintain daily reports, and follow up for conversions
• Educate customers about bottle return system and referral program (Shine Points)
• Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams for seamless execution
• Ensure brand representation with punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism

Who We Are Looking For:

• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Tamil (basic English preferred)
• Field-smart, punctual, and disciplined – must be comfortable with door-to-door outreach
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or mobile CRM is a plus

Job Type:

Full-Time | Field Sales | 6 Days a Week | Rotational leave on Saturdays

Growth & Promotion:

• 5-month training & execution period as BDA
• On target completion and performance, fast-track promotion to Zonal Team Lead / Executive Role
• Leadership, team management, and additional incentives after promotion

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Fixed) + Performance-based Incentives + Shine Points Program (Referral Bonus + Rewards)

Education:

12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred)

Interview Process:

• Field Simulation + Final Round (Round 2)
