🔍 Open Roles & Responsibilities

1️⃣ Business Development Executive (15 Openings)

Identify and approach potential clients

Pitch services like ad shoots, social media marketing, and branding

Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads

Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

Meet monthly sales and outreach targets

2️⃣ Sales Executive (5 Openings)

Convert incoming leads into paying clients

Present and explain agency packages clearly

Maintain sales pipeline and daily reports

Build trust with clients for repeat business

Work closely with the business development team

3️⃣ Video Editing Trainer (1 Opening)

Train interns/students in professional editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Conduct hands-on classes and live editing sessions

Support in developing course content and assignments

Provide feedback and mentorship to trainees

✅ What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for creativity, media, and client service

Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic environment

For trainers: solid hands-on experience with video editing tools

Freshers are welcome for Sales & Business Development roles

Fluency in English, Hindi, or Telugu is a plus
