Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients in the dental sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
• Actively promote Adin’s dental implant products, services, and solutions through direct sales and networking.
• Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and workshops to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospective clients, schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on Adin products to dental professionals and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report regularly to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field (preferably in the healthcare or dental industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with professionals and decision-makers.
• Good understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
