As a Call Center Executive / Telecaller at Adin Dental Implants India, you will play a crucial role in expanding the business network, nurturing customer relationships, and enhancing market presence in the dental implant industry. - Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients in the dental sector. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. - Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs. - Actively promote Adins dental implant products, services, and solutions through direct sales and networking. - Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and workshops to increase brand visibility and generate leads. - Follow up with prospective clients, schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and manage the sales pipeline. - Prepare and deliver presentations on Adin products to dental professionals and decision-makers. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report regularly to the management. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field (preferably in the healthcare or dental industry). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with professionals and decision-makers. - Good understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Willingness to travel as required.
