Job Title: Business Development Associate Department: Business Development / Sales Location: Guwahati Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a keen interest in business growth and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new markets and customer needs. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client information in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Skills: 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
