The ideal candidate will manage leads, provide detailed counseling, and ensure enrollment targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries Counsel students & parents on course selection and admissions Convert leads and meet admission targets Guide students through application and documentation Maintain communication and records using CRM Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/counseling Fluency in Hindi and English Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Graduate in any discipline CRM experience preferred Looking for a job in the sales field?
