Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Assistant based in Palakkad, Kerala. The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients, maintaining and building client relationships, supporting the sales and marketing team with customer service tasks, and assisting in the development and execution of business strategies. This role requires collaboration across various departments and contributing to company growth initiatives.

• Proficiency in communication, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Effective analytical skills to evaluate market trends, client needs, and business performance
• Experience in market research and identifying business development opportunities
• Customer service skills to address client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a business development or sales support role is an advantage
