As a Business Development and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for helping the company grow its business and manage sales activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Contact other companies to build partnerships. - Send emails and follow up for collaboration opportunities. - Hire and train new sales team members. - Guide and support the sales team to achieve targets. - Understand customer needs and suggest ways to grow the business. - Find new opportunities to sell services and products. - Sell products via phone, email, and online platforms. - Respond to customer questions and help close sales. - Communicate clearly with clients and solve their problems. - Generate and follow up on sales leads. - Track sales performance and suggest improvements. - Work with the marketing and management team to meet company goals.
