Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities – BD Admin / Analyst

· Record client enquiries in the CRM system and route them to the appropriate portfolio team member for timely follow-up

· Schedule and organize client meetings, coordinate with internal points of contact, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor action points.

· Assist in drafting proposals, Letters of Engagement (LOEs), and client presentations; manage contract timelines and ensure all documents are properly filed.

· Capture structured Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), circulate action points to relevant stakeholders, and follow up on tasks and leads.

· Maintain up-to-date client and prospect information in the CRM system for accuracy and accessibility

· Draft and send professional follow-up emails to ensure effective communication with clients.

· Coordinate with different departments (Marcom, MI&E, CEOO) and act as a touchpoint of the portfolios

· Assistance in outreach initiatives of the portfolio owners – LinkedIn Outreach, Email Campaigns etc

· Assist in preparing required documents and contents with marketing team and providing creative inputs if required.

· Taking insights from Market intelligence team and other sources and preparing contents for social media posts from then portfolio owners account as and when
