Business Development Analyst

As a Business Development Analyst, your role will involve analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying cost reductions to increase sales revenue and reporting findings to senior management for approval when required. Adding value to product offerings to boost sales and evaluating and improving sales strategies to attract new customers will be essential tasks. Your duties will extend to performing competitor analysis to secure an increased market share and implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels. To qualify for this role, you should possess a BCA/B.E./MCA/M.Tech or equivalent degree. A Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or a related field is necessary, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree being preferred. Prior experience as a business development analyst in a relevant industry is required. Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software such as ProWorkflow and SalesForce is essential. You should have advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies, along with the ability to identify profitable business opportunities and potential clients. Demonstrated experience in enhancing competitiveness and market share is crucial, as is the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships. You should be skilled in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals effectively.
