Business Development Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Researching and Implementing Business Strategy: To implement business strategy for the firm globally, including segments, strategies, product mix
• BD support and client servicing for the Asset Management business. Help with customer onboarding and client servicing
• Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Estees key distributors and clients
• Marketing and Sales: Lead generation, qualifying prospects, running marketing campaigns, and pitching to prospective domestic and international clients
• Represent Estee at External Events: To actively attend conferences, tradeshows, and seminars on behalf of Estee Advisors to build new relationships
• Manage Key Strategic Relationships: Managing key relationships with stock exchanges, brokers, auditors, clearing members, fund accountants, PR agencies, and bankers
• Help develop Strategic Alliances: Developing strategic partnerships with financial services and technology vendors to make joint offerings for the execution services business
• Geographic Expansion of Business Operations: Expanding our presence internationally, across both the buy-side and sell-side, in US, Europe, and the Middle East
• Ad-hoc Research & Analysis: Providing support to the senior management team in business development through extensive research, analysis, and financial modelling

What must you bring? / Required skills:

• Strong educational pedigree, strong co-curricular performance, and basic knowledge of capital markets in India are pre-requisites for this role
• Basic knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments such as futures and options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
