🎓 Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong target-driven mindset with a sense of ownership
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels
• Conduct market research to explore new business avenues
• Understand client needs and deliver compelling product pitches
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and maintain long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery and satisfaction
