Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Client Coordination

Identify potential clients through research, inbound leads, and outreach.
Initiate conversations via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and align them with Zoho solutions.
Schedule demos, requirement gathering calls, and follow\-ups.
Business Development Activities
- Pitch Zoho products and services to prospects (with training provided).
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and Scope of Work (SoW).
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and active clients.
- Maintain CRM entries and track the complete sales lifecycle.
  Internal Coordination
  - Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  - Document client needs and relay accurate information to project teams.
    Reporting
    
    Share daily\/weekly sales activity reports.
    
    Track and update pipeline, conversions, and upcoming opportunities.
    Skills & Competencies
    
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    
    Good understanding of technology (Zoho knowledge is a plus)
    
    Problem\-solving and analytical thinking
    
    Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided)
    
    Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast\-paced environment
    
    Self\-driven, confident, and proactive attitude
    
    Requirements What We Offer
