Job Role : Business/Data Analyst

Experience Required: 6-8yrs

Type of Hiring: Contract to Hire

• • A hands-on and experienced business and data analyst with at least 6-8 years of work experience
• • Experience performing impact analysis, lookback analysis, source to target data mapping is a must
• • Should have technical skills such as SQL, python, MS Excel to perform data analysis to identify anomalies and patterns
• • Candidate should be well versed in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain (typologies and red flags, familiar with Transaction Monitoring, KYC / CDD Framework ) and Case / Workflow management
• • First-hand experience on any 3rd party Transaction Monitoring tool such as Actimize SAM8, Quantexa, Oracle Mantas or equivalent

Generic BA skills:

• • Business and functional requirements gathering & documentation
• • Experience writing and tracking JIRA stories
• • Knowledge on Agile & scrums
