Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Consultant in Clinical Operations & Technology at Sonata Software, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma domain to act as a crucial intermediary between business requirements and technological solutions for a prominent Global Pharmaceutical Company. Your primary responsibilities will entail gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs, transforming them into detailed functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Clinical Operations stakeholders to extract and document business requirements effectively. - Translate requirements into clear Functional Specification Documents and develop Requirements Traceability Matrices for project alignment. - Analyze current clinical processes, propose process enhancements, and offer insights on leveraging innovative technology in Clinical Operations. - Collaborate with client stakeholders, technology teams, and Sonata's extended delivery team to guarantee project alignment and successful delivery. - Provide business input for configuring, integrating, and deploying clinical systems like CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTSM, and Safety systems while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for clinical operations initiatives and technology implementations. - Utilize your domain expertise in Clinical Trials and Clinical Operations processes to ensure successful project delivery. - Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Office, and requirement management platforms to enhance your role as a Business Consultant in Clinical Operations & Technology. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma domain. - Experience working with global Pharma/Biotech clients is preferred. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project methodologies. - Certification in Business Analysis or Clinical Research would be advantageous.,
