Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex e-commerce and enterprise application projects. The role requires proven expertise in managing projects built on Java, .Net, and Salesforce or related platforms . You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and on-time delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, and client stakeholders. Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external clients. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve project execution practices. Experience with e-commerce ecosystems, third-party integrations, and digital transformation is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is key. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills required. Certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus. Good Communication.
