Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ Years of experience in Microsoft Business central.
• Deliver expertise in Business Central modules.
• Create and maintain FDD & TDD.
• Provide consultancy and resolution support on ticket escalations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map business processes.
• Participate in implementation activities and manage RFCs (Request for Changes).
• Support and advise on finance, manufacturing, and warehousing functionalities.
• Engage with users on M365, MS Teams, and SharePoint environments.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Business.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Warehousing domains
• Deep understanding of business processes
• Hands-on with troubleshooting & RFC handling
• Prior experience in consultancy on ticket escalations
• Familiarity with M365, MS Teams, SharePoint

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Events and Extensions in Dynamics
• Certifications or experience with Power Platform
• Installation and configuration experience
• Exposure to 3rd party products and integration
• Additional experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse operations
• Repeated hands-on usage or support of M365, MS Teams, SharePoint
