Now SME companies can enjoy a similar benefit through Potentiam without any upfront investment Job Title: Senior Workload Automation Consultant Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Automation Total Experience :10+ Years Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior AutoSys Engineer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise-wide workload automation solutions. You will play a critical role in driving reliability, performance, and scalability across job scheduling environments. This role involves deep hands-on development with AutoSys and related technologies, along with system administration, scripting, and troubleshooting across hybrid cloud environments. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on AutoSys Development experience with proven expertise in: Kubernetes, File Trigger and File Transfer jobs Database, POJO, AWS job types and calendar configurations Advanced use of JIL and AutoSys command-line utilities Strong experience with Linux Shell scripting : Error handling and logging best practices Script modularization and code reusability Working knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration Solid understanding of database concepts and administration (MS SQLServer or Oracle) Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve AutoSys job and infrastructure issues Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) 5+ years of AutoSys Administration : Installation and configuration of AutoSys components (WCC, EEM, WA Agents) Experience with Broadcom tools like AAI (JAWS) , iDash Planning and executing AutoSys upgrades and disaster recovery procedures Workload Automation migration experience : Migration to/from AutoSys, and other tools like Control-M, Tidal, dSeries, Automic, UAC Experience with Python scripting for automation tasks ITIL Certification and prior experience in ITIL-based operational environments Experience conducting AutoSys health checks , training sessions, and technical documentation Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving technical environments
