Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an LS Retail Consultant located in Gurugram.

•⁠ ⁠Good technical knowledge of implementation, support and upgrade projects with strong ERP application skills and qualitative domain experience in their respective technical and functional areas.

•⁠ ⁠Worked on Various versions of NAV (NAV 2009, 2013,2013 R2,2015,2016, 2017,2018) & Business Central (SaaS) and LS Retail.

•⁠ ⁠Have a good knowledge of C/AL & AL.

•⁠ ⁠Should have worded or have understanding on multiple new Implementations, Support, Upgrade projects in NAV as well as Business Central.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills is must.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to understand and implement LS Retail solutions
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
