Responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with business clients (typically SMEs or corporates), offering a range of banking products such as working capital, term loans, trade finance, and cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business clients and grow the BBG portfolio.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable banking products.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive revenue.
  • Conduct credit assessments, prepare proposals, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competition.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SME/corporate banking products.
  • Financial analysis and credit appraisal skills.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Communication and negotiation.

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in business banking or SME lending.bh
